职位描述
此职位常驻工作地为泰州兴化戴南镇创新路上海大学生创业园，请提供中英文简历。
1.负责生产部门年度目标指标制定工作，分拆年度生产KPI到各部门，监督制定评估部门KPI，完成生产KPI月度报告；
Responsible for the production department's annual target and indicator formulation, split viscosity production KPI to each department, supervise the formulation and evaluation of department KPI, and complete the monthly production KPI report.
2.负责喷涂，冲压，模具等部门日常管理/协调工作，审核和分析GPS，Recalculation 等报表，为基层管理者提供改善方向和建议；
Responsible for the daily management/coordination of spraying, stamping, die and other departments, review and analyze the reports of GPS,Recalculation, etc., and provide the improvement direction and suggestions to the grass-roots managers
3.领导CIP小组，提出改善方案，参与评审落实；
Lead CIP team, propose improvement plan, participate in review and implementation;
4.参与生产过程异常处理，通过工艺，设备和工装治具优化不断提升产能和质量；
Participate in production process exception handling, continuously improve productivity and quality through process, equipment and fixture optimization.
5.督促治具工装的设计，采购，验收工作有序有效进行；
Supervise and supervise the design, purchase and acceptance of fixture in an orderly and effective manner
6.督促模具日常管理，保养，备件采购，新模开发，测试和验收工作按时完成；
Take care of tooling daily management, maintenance, spare parts procurement, new mold development, testing and acceptance work to be completed on time.
7.组织每天生产会议，解决生产过程中的问题，确保计划达成；
Organize daily production meeting to solve problems in production process and ensure the plan is achieved.
8.培育人才，提高下属的管理和业务技能;
Cultivate talents, improve the management and business skills of subordinates.
9.督促生产各部设备保养,5S 管理，安全生产工作的落实;
Supervise the equipment maintenance, 5S management and the implementation of safe production.
10.上级领导交代的其他任务.

经验要求：Experience
十年以上相关行业或者岗位工作经验，有精益生产和TPM项目推行经验；
有电镀，磷化工作经验者优先；
熟悉ISO 9001\IATF16949等体系的要求；
英语熟练者
